Product Description

We manufacture hydrophore tanks for  drinking or technological water.  The hydrophore tank is the part of the hydrophore stations and water treatment plants.
It is used to maintain the pressure of the water supplied to the different parts of the ship at various heights to keep the constant presser of water in all lines and at all floors of the ship.
There are two hydrophore systems used on board:

•Fresh water hydrophore system
•Sanitary hydrophore system

Hydrophore tanks are used to maintain an adequate, constant pressure in the system and for water storage. Units consists of a pump, hydrophore tank and the control panel and electric switchboard.
Hydrophore tanks are made of steel shell and dished ends.  On the shell is inlet and outlet connection stub pipes, connections of the level indicator,  pressure gauge and safety valve, compressed air feed pipe. In the shell is located elliptical revision manhole.
Surface protection:

-          Outside painting

-          Zink-plating

-          Painting with epoxy paint

-          Passivation in case stainless steel execution
Our pressure water tank (Hydrophore tank) can be classified as drinking water pressure tank, fresh water pressure tank, sea water pressure tank and chemical storing tank.
Tank material: Carbon steel or stainless steel **4 or **6L
Accessories: Temperature controller, ball float level controller, thermometer, safety valve, pressure gauge, block valve, pumps, etc..
Third party certificate: CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, GL, BV, NK, etc..
